Scheduling - Please Read Completely

Once you click on the link at the bottom of this page you will first need to Register on the right hand side of the page.  When registering please make sure to fill in ALL of the the Head Coach's (it MUST BE ONLY the Head Coach's) information as referenced below.  We need the Head Coach's information in order to match up data supplied to us by your organization, which is used on picture day.  Please Do Not enter team parent's or spouse's information, as it will not meet what is given to us by your organization!

IMPORTANT!!  If you have more than one team, you will need to register for each team so you can select a time slot for each team.  If you do not register for each team, we will not have the proper information for both.  We schedule/photograph 2 teams every 10 minutes. 

Please make sure you are scheduling your team under the Correct Column Heading so you will be scheduled under your club's name.  Also, PLEASE make sure you are scheduling as close to the main group of already scheduled teams.  NOTE: Any teams scheduled at the end of the day and more than 20 minutes from the bulk of the teams scheduled will be contacted and will need to move up.

Once you have registered and created a User Name, you will then be e-mailed a Password which will then allow you to log in and select your picture time.  Note:  Once you have registered, received your password, and have logged in, you will have the ability to change your password to something that is easier for your to remember so you don't have to reregister each year.  All you will need to do is update your information each year.
